Audi A4 2.0T FSI Quattro

Regrettably, there is no race bred V8 below the bonnet of the A4 DTM Edition. This car is basically on the 2.0-litre turbo charged FSI Quattro. Careful tuning has pressed power from 197bhp to 217bhp, a sufficient amount to shave a third-of-a-second off the 0-60mph timing, dipping it to 6.9 seconds. Top momentum is at the present 152mph, whilst hauling the DTM to bring to a standstill are new ventilate and cross drilled obverse disc brakes.
The presentation is complemented by a well-developed body kit. Up front, there is a re- styled bumper by way of more intakes of air and a carbon fiber chin spoiler. Multi spoke 18 inch alloys substitute the 16-inch wheels of typical model, while a competition enthused diffuser and superior twin exhaust pipes attribute at the rear. The outcome is undoubtedly distinctive, but it might be a bit as well flashy for some.
The DTM is a bundle of enjoyment - predominantly as the most up-to-date A4s attribute greatly sharper steering than earlier models. As for the engine, the 2.0-litre turbo element has at all times been sophisticated and gutsy, whereas the additional 20bhp means it is still more approachable. A positive six speed labor-intensive gearbox auxiliary adds to the gratification.
Inevitable, all this comes at a price. One would find it tough to substantiate paying that to a large extent extra when the standard model is concerning as well equipped and virtually as capable. That said, as merely 250 DTM models will be made accessible, Audi should have no difficulty finding buyers.
